White Chocolate Biscoff Bars

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz white chocolate bars

  • 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2-3 tbsp melted Biscoff cookie butter

Directions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, break down the white chocolate bars.

  2. Pour the melted butter over the white chocolate in the same bowl and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and incorporated.

  3. To the same mixing bowl, add the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour (and salt, if using) into the same bowl. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing; a few lumps are acceptable.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.

  6. Drizzle the melted Biscoff cookie butter over the top of the batter. Use a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect by swirling the cookie butter through the batter.

  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it.

  8. Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

  9. Once cooled, cut into desired shapes, and serve these Heavenly White Chocolate Bars. Pair them with a glass of cold milk or a cup of your favorite hot beverage for an extra treat!

Note: Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

The recipe yields approximately 16 Heavenly White Chocolate Bars.
