29 oz can of peaches in syrup
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract or bean paste
2 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp water French Toast:
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract or bean paste
1 loaf brioche bread or bread of your choice
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the entire can of peaches with syrup (do not drain), brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix the corn starch with water until smooth and add it to the peach mixture. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
