No Bake Oreo Pudding Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 package of Oreo cookies
½ cup melted unsalted butter
16 oz cream cheese
1 box of Oreo Cookies and Cream instant pudding
1 cup heavy cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Crush about 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
Press the cookie crumb mixture into the bottom of a wax lined springform pan to form the crust. Place the pan in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the instant pudding mix, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well combined and smooth.
