Single Serve Fudge Brownie
Ingredients:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 tbsp white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp heavy cream or milk
5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Optional Chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a mini cast-iron skillet or two ramekins by spraying them with baking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar until well mixed.
Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture, followed by the heavy cream or milk. Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Gradually add in the cocoa powder and all-purpose flour, stirring continuously until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in a handful of chocolate chips into the batter for an extra chocolatey touch.
Pour the batter into the prepared skillet or ramekins, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
Once baked, remove the brownie from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Serve the warm brownie "a la mode," topped with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce, and a generous swirl of caramel.
Enjoy your indulgent single-serve fudge brownie and savor each rich, chocolatey bite!
